    JOB SUMMARY

    Keystone Management is searching for an individual that can demonstrate maturity, solid work ethic and dependability to pressure wash and clean with the purpose and sense of urgency at the Atlanta area Marta station locations.

    This individual will be using high pressure equipment to clean concrete and steel structures.

    Other job responsibilities include but not limited to operating a lift to pressure washing and clean high areas (over 7 feet), stripping and sealing floors, cleaning and polishing stainless steel, wiping windows, wiping low and high signs, sweeping and blowing leaves and debris and remove trash from the premises.


    Salary:
    $60,000 - $65,000

    1st Shift: 6:00am

    2:30pm (Mon-Fri)

    ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Flexibility to be present for all shifts to support the team and/or building as needed
    Must be able to follow instructions and take direction from others on team
    Able to use hands to perform activities involving holding, grasping, turning, and pulling
    Able to work in conditions that include loud noise and fumes, work on and around heavy and moving machinery, bend, climb, walk, and stand for extended periods of
    Must have reliable transportation
    Must be able to work outside in all-weather conditions
    Must be able to walk long distances
    Must be able to lift 60 pounds without assistance
    Atlanta area site travel is involved
    Must be able to pass a driving record and history check; valid drivers license is required
    Must be able to pass a drug test
    Perform other duties assigned
    SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES/LEVEL OF SUPERVISION

    This position has no supervisory responsibilities

    Experience performing General Labor details preferred.
    Experience using high pressure tools preferred.

    WORKING CONDITIONS, TRAVEL, PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    This is a full-time position, 40 hours per week, with additional hours as needed to address the needs of the customer.

    Additional requirements are as follows:
    Ability to stand for long periods
    Ability to walk on level, uneven and slippery surfaces
    Ability to frequently reach, twist, turn, kneel, bend, squat and stoop
    Ability to operate scissor lift and boom lift
    Correctable vision and hearing
    Ability to regularly lift, drag, carry and push equipment, tools and supplies up to 75 pounds
    Ability to climb ladders
    Ability to function in high-pressure situations
    Ability to drive a vehicle
    Exposure to mechanical, electrical and noise hazards
    Exposure to inclement weather conditions

    SECURITY REQUIREMENTS
    Pass a Keystone Management background check
    Pass a driving history check
    Possess a current driving license
