Location/Division Specific Information:
Singapore - Gul Circle

Responsibilities and Authorities

Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on QC test equipment.

Completing Preventative Maintenance on sustaining activities.

Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.

Keeping up to date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining QC test service logs and service records in a timely manner.

Maintaining daily communications with QC team to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.

Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated.

Adhere to EHS and all other applicable regulatory requirements.

Utilizing the escalation process to resolve delivery issues.

Identifying and participating in product transfers for new test systems and provide relevant training of the test equipment as required.

Working as a member of the local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area.

Adhering to current regulatory requirement such as (but not limited to) ISO 13485, FDA.

Support QC Manager in accomplishing QC tasks as assigned.

Qualification and Experience:
Degree in Science, Engineering or equivalent. Minimum 2 or more years' experience in servicing & repair of scientific equipment.

Competencies preferred:
Able to commit in working on odd hourly when equipment troubleshooting, or repair is needed.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.

Proficient use of quality tools (e.g., Trend, regression charts) to present and articulate identified issues.

Self-motivated, results oriented with strong planning and scheduling skills.

Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate complex technical issues in an easy-to-understand manner.

Resourceful, with the ability to work independently.

Strong time management skills with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.

Decision-making, problem resolution, creative thinking skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multi-task and work productively in a highly volatile environment.
