This position is based upon proposal award Position Summary
Arlo Solutions is looking for a Senior Program Manager to provide onsite program management leadership and oversight of all personnel, tasks and deliverables
You will help develop a range of work products such as project management plans, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), communication plans, RACI and other assets based on the support needs
You will be working in a fast-paced, complex environment, leading and supervising multi-disciplined teams of research and technical analysts across multiple operational departments with the Office of Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security
Work Location
Arlington, VA (onsite) Key Job Responsibilities
Create the applicable project management deliverables necessary to manage and oversee the terms of the contract and manage the team
Solve complex, tactical assignments to ensure client satisfaction
Prepare progress/status reports on technical deliverables/work products
Provide strategic input to the organization to support change and adoption
Responsible for monitoring and meeting contractual requirements brining in help from outside the project as needed to mitigate risks
Assist with proposal efforts and business development add-on work Required Qualifications
Must have an active TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree with a minimum 7 years of combined Joint, Interagency, OSD, or Service experience and minimum of 4 years experience on an acquisition staff
Demonstrated excellent verbal, interpersonal written and oral communication skills to include preparation of written products for senior leaders such as general officer/flag officer, senior executive service level
PMP or like certification
DoD experience
Preferred Qualifications
Worked within Office of Under Secretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security
