- Setting up and operating rewind machines accurately to meet specific customer orders.
- Inspecting rolls for quality, removing defects, and ensuring the final product meets strict customer specifications.
- Maintaining organization and separation of orders based on various criteria.
- Cleaning and maintaining equipment to uphold operational efficiency and safety standards.
- Adapting to various duties within the department, ensuring a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- A High School Diploma or GED, with one to three years of related experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Basic PC skills, solid math skills, and the ability to read and comprehend detailed documents.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to follow through with instructions precisely.
- A proactive mindset, ready to jump in across functions to drive success.
