    Job Summary

    • Accounts Receivable
    • Inventory Reconciliation
    • Gradual Layering of additional Accounting tasks

    General Accountabilities

    • Prepares & records daily check & ACH payments & deposits
    • Reviews and prepares weekly A/R report & sends to team
    • Reviews A/R reports & contacts delinquent customers on payment status
    • Processes customer chargeback invoices daily
    • Researches and resolves short payments
    • Answers & resolves accounts receivable phone & email inquiries
    • Processes supplier bills daily
    • Open order review with orders team
    • Inventory reconciliation of all inventory sites on a monthly basis
    • Gradual layering of additional accounting tasks, including, but not limited to, Accounts Payable and End-of-Month Closing
    • Prepares & participates in monthly office meetings, communicating relevant and useful information.
    • Promptly files all documentation for reference and detailed support of transactions
    • Updates managers at all times of progresses made on projects and daily operations

    Job Qualifications

    • Education: Associates degree
    • Experience: 2-5 years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience

    Skills

    • Attention to detail, efficient, with focus and sense of urgency in all tasks
    • Strong organizational skills, with ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines
    • Understanding the Customer, Process Improvement, Initiative
    • Written & verbal communication skills that are consistent, timely, professional, courteous and effective
    • Ability and willingness to use problem solving techniques
    • Strong sense of teamwork and willingness to meet high expectations
    • Willingness and drive to adapt and develop skill set
    • Microsoft Office skills with an emphasis on Excel (knowledge of Pivot Tables/V-lookup/Formulas) and Outlook
    • Knowledge of QuickBooks
