Description

The Stock Associate plays a crucial role in maintaining the effectiveness of merchandise flow, ensuring optimal filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom. This position typically involves working three to four shifts per week, each shift lasting around four to five hours, although this may vary depending on the time of year and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Experience: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
• Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain high standards of store appearance, including visual merchandising and sales floor organization.
• Stockroom: Receive, process, and stock merchandise efficiently, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
• Communication: Effectively communicate with colleagues, managers, and external partners as needed.
• Asset Protection and Shrink: Report any incidents or suspicious activity, supporting the company's asset protection efforts.
• Policies and Procedures: Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
