    Description

    Summary of the Position :
    This posting is for a Senior Cloud/Data Architect.

    This consultant will work with staff from A&F IT, DALA (Division of Administrative Law Appeals) and CSC (Civil Service Commission).


    This consultant must be analytical and have a solid understanding of technology and business systems, and a detailed understanding of DALA's implementation of the PCLaw Time Matters application.

    The successful candidate will work closely with the technical team as well as agency business leads to drive project planning and execution of complex enterprise application development/configuration projects within set project targets and deadlines.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    Configure and support the Time Matters application, for a total of 100 hours.
    Develop an ARA interface for the Time Matters application, for a total of 15 hours.
    Develop a Proof of Concept (POC) for the cloud instance of Time Matters, for a total of 10 hours.
    Collaborate with key business personnel to understand the processes, procedures and workflow.
    Examine business requests for feasibility and conduct detailed analysis of current and future needs.
    Work closely with subject matter experts, technical staff, internal and external stakeholders.

    Act as a subject matter expert on the product implementation team working with the team to break down requirements for the team to develop and deliver.

    Work with the product implementation team to ensure that the acceptance criteria are met, and the software meets project objectives and expectations as defined by the business units.

    Qualifications - Requirements:Education, Skills and Competencies

    Bachelor's Degree required (business or technical degrees are preferred)At least 5 years of relevant professional data architecture experienceAt least 5 years of experience with the Time Matters applicationKnowledge of the accepted practices of the Data Architect professionAbility to work independently and in an agile mannerAbility to manage multiple tasks, changing priorities and be flexible
