- Responsible for managing sales volume with existing customers while emphasizing volume growth and profitability of territory through new customers
- Creatively problem solve customers' issues to improve their packaging
- Generate qualified leads and guide them through a solution-based selling cycle to close
- Cultivate, create, and maintain strong customer relationships
- Work together in a team consisting of customer service, design, and other internal personnel regarding customer activity
- Submit weekly work plans, expense reports, and monthly territory analysis to management
- Minimum BSBA required
- 6+ years of proven sales experience with a record of opening new business in previously held position
- Strong business acumen
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Highly motivated, self-directed individual with a technical aptitude and problem-solving abilities
- Working knowledge of Office 365, Excel, Word, OneNote, and PowerPoint
- Ability to lift 50lbs. and use hands to demonstrate corrugated products
- Valid driver's license in good standing with a clean driving record
