- Ensure Client Advisors consistently deliver the Fendi Client Journey. Provide ongoing mentoring, identify training needs, and collaborate with the Training Manager to create tailored development plans.
- Set and track individual and team goals and sales targets. Identify and address performance gaps proactively.
- Recruit top talent and establish succession plans in partnership with the Store Manager.
- Implement Development Plans for high-potential team members.
- Empower the team to enhance business performance, foster a positive work environment, and promote teamwork.
- Drive sales across all product categories in the store.
- Assist the team in cultivating long-term Client relationships using clienteling tools.
- Promote a Client-centric culture in the store to elevate customer experience.
- Keep the team informed about corporate strategies and business updates.
- Focus on developing the Department's business through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
- Create and implement action plans to boost sales and enhance product performance.
- Stay informed about competitors in the market.
- Lead by example in sales and clienteling activities, supporting team members in achieving their sales targets.
- Build and manage your own portfolio of Clients.
- Enhance business opportunities through efficient floor management and hosting Clients.
- Offer constructive feedback and guidance to the team.
- Ensure adherence to Fendi's policies, standards, and procedures.
- Oversee inventory management for designated product categories.
- Assist the Store Manager in optimizing staff schedules to improve sales and customer experience.
- Develop strategic visual merchandising plans and execute floor rotations.
- Maintain visual standards throughout the day.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Demonstrated passion for achieving results and meeting goals.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and inventory management.
- Experience in Ready-to-Wear (RTW) is a plus.
- Foreign language proficiency is advantageous.
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment.
- Capacity to lift weights up to 10 lbs.
- Strong organizational skills and digital literacy.
- Availability for flexible work hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
