    We are looking to add a Senior Investment Analyst to our Private Markets team in our Atlanta, GA office, reporting directly to the Chief Investment Officer of Private Markets.

    As a Senior Investment Analyst, you will play a significant role in sourcing, evaluating, analyzing, and managing private market investments.

    This position requires strong communication skills, a curious and investigative mindset, and a technical understanding of financial markets and alternative investment strategies such as real estate and private credit.

    Your expertise will be essential in providing strategic insights and recommendations to optimize portfolio performance and achieve investment objectives.

    Senior Investment Analyst Responsibilities:

    • Conduct thorough strategy and operational due diligence on private investments, in particular real estate and private credit.
    • Write investment memos and prepare presentations making investment recommendations supported by thorough analysis.
    • Defend investment recommendations and engage in critical analysis alongside the research team and Investment Committee in a collegial atmosphere grounded in mutual respect.
    • Identify market trends, macroeconomic factors, and regulatory developments that may inform investment decisions and identify potential risks and opportunities.
    • Assist in the creation and design of materials used to communicate effectively with clients and advisors across a variety of channels.

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in investment analysis, preferably within private markets.
    • Demonstrable experience running a due diligence process on private fund investment opportunities.
    • Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas and analysis to diverse audiences.
    • Attention to detail and commitment to note taking.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Demonstrate integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct in all aspects of work.
    • Desire to grow your network.
    • Proficiency in in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • CFA designation is highly desirable.
    • Experience working in financial services.

    Travel:

    • Moderate travel is required.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
    • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
    • Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.

    • Nine paid holiday days per year, plus two floating holidays.
    • Extra vacation day on your birthday week.
    • Three weeks of PTO, increasing to four weeks after three years of service and five weeks after 8 years of service.
    • Four weeks paid sabbatical program after seven consecutive years of service, maximum of two sabbaticals while employed.
    • Compensation commensurate with experience.
