We are seeking an Account Support Representative to join our team in

Bergen County, NJ

Job Type:

Remote Environment, Territory: New York and New Jersey with primary focus on New Jersey, the Hudson Valley, and NYC.

Applicants must live within or around the roles assigned territory
General Accountabilities
The Account Support Representative properly and efficiently performs set-up and pick-up of patient equipment as needed.

Support the sales team of product to specific region to maximum potential.
Conduct equipment set-ups, patient support, equipment pick-ups and cleaning within the territory to maximize revenue and efficiency.
Coordinate paperwork with sales team to maximize billing and collections."
Contacts and visits patients to help them use the company's products and services properly.
Handles queries about company products and services from patients.
Builds up detailed knowledge about the company's products.
Provides professional, knowledgeable, courteous customer service.
Meets customer needs, offers options, resolves problems, and follows up with customers.
Ensures full customer satisfaction without unnecessarily referring customer to other staff members.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills

Experience: 3-5 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Bi-lingual in Spanish required.
Bi-lingual in Russian, Cantonese preferred.

Competencies:

Ability to take initiative and problem solve.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to actively engage in conversations with clients.
Ability to present oneself as well as the company in a professional manner.
Proficient in the use of a personal computer and corresponding programs.
Attention to detail.
Interpersonal skills and customer service skills required.
