The Unit Manager will be responsible for assisting with the oversight of the nursing staff in addition to admission evaluation and planning, discharge documentation and maintaining the highest level of resident care for a Long-Term Care Unit.- Ensure that the unit operates efficiently, meets its goals, manages resources effectively, and coordinates with other units or departments as needed.
