    **Software Release (Delivery) Manager**

    Boston, MA / Product Engineering Product Engineering / Full-time **RESPONSIBILITIES/ YOU WILL**

    + Schedule, plan, and control the software release/delivery processes. Responsible for the Release Management lifecycle that involves the stages such as scheduling the release, coordinating between teams, and deployment of release as per the schedule.

    + Define the strategic release plan, work back schedule, enablement efforts, usage of release management best practices, tools and processes to manage the successful delivery process using the appropriate agile project management methodology, learning & iterating frequently.

    + Responsible for triaging run-time issues with the product and coordinating with the Squad Product Managers. Work with the Product Manager to create the release and feature delivery plan.

    + Establish solid relationships with the PMs and Engineering leadership at the tactical level.

    + Collect metrics, KPIs, organize release retrospectives and make continuous improvements to the delivery process.

    + Individual contributor role partnering with Product Marketing , Go to market teams and Customer success teams for release enablement and also work closely with SaaS Product Managers on CI/CD release planning and delivery.

    + Cross functional collaboration and communication on release progress.

    + Experience in Software Release Management. You have worked in on-prem and SaaS environments and been involved in deploying to various environments. Understand CICD concepts, worked closely with build/release/platform engineering teams in delivering release artifacts to customers.

    + Collaboration and Communication. You have worked with cross functional teams and partnered with both engineers and executive leadership. Communication is key to this role, you should be tech savvy and convey both technical and non-technical aspects of delivery to the stakeholders in the right format.

    + Mission-Focused. You manage your time well, prioritize your weekly workload and focus on the things that are going to move the needle.

    + Flexible & Adaptable. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, bringing order from chaos, and adapting to changing priorities as new information becomes available.

    + Organization and Prioritization. You are able to handle multiple competing priorities and be on top delivering the objectives in a timely manner.

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    + 5+ years working as a release/delivery manager or a related role.

    + You are a selfless team player who brings positivity and passion to your work every single day.

    + Experience working in B2B SaaS customers/users is a plus.
