Facilities Operations District Coordinator - Greenwood Village

The Facilities Operations District Coordinator plays a key role in managing facilities operations for Bellco Credit Union.
They are responsible for day-to-day accountability, decision making, oversight of various areas including property management, branch procurement invoice review payment processing requisitions fleet management facility projects direct contact for property managers ensuring rents dues are paid timely rotating after-hours weekend on-call schedule to monitor security or facilities related issues travel throughout state inspecting branches speaking vendors addressing issues needs coordinating efforts address facility issues communicated via multiple channels responds inquiries complaints ensures timely follow-up quality service delivery employees follows up ensure satisfaction responsible ensuring all required inspections safety checks completed within established SLAs determines whether calls require onsite troubleshooting analysis makes decisions concerning branch facilities security within appropriate authority protocol supports soundness credit union prepares branch bags sorting documents appropriately picks mail corporate office building sorts delivers emptying full bags sorts receives fulfills routine supply requests from branches departments manages work order process generating dispatching requesting feedback leadership regarding observations related identifies opportunities operational cost savings thinks impacts decisions prevent unintended consequences assists ATM fleet monitors software programs alerts alarms video surveillance system regular attendance other duties assigned maintains vehicle fleet maintains license plate renewal scheduled maintenance completed time.Responsibilities
