    Managing a team of Financial professionals, the purpose of this role is to prepare and analyze the consolidated financial results and external financial reporting, including quarterly and annual SEC filings. This role is also responsible for ensuring that consolidated financial information is accumulated and published in an accurate and timely manner.

    Work from HQ in Milwaukee following Hybrid work expectations.

    Making an Impact

    Oversee the financial consolidation process.

    Manage a team of Financial professionals, developing the teams skills and capabilities on an ongoing basis.

    Oversee the preparation of quarterly and annual public filings with the SEC, including research, and the communication and application of new and existing public filing requirements.

    Oversee the monthly review and analysis of the subsidiary operations, along with business lines and consolidated operating results to provide information to key stakeholders, including the CFO, Global Controller and business line leaders.

    Coordinate with multiple global finance departments to ensure that the tax, treasury, and accounting impacts are understood for all significant transactions.

    Assist with the external audit process, ensuring that external auditors are provided information timely.

    Prepare and comply with financial and accounting system controls as well as documenting SOX procedures related to areas of responsibility.

    Sharing Expertise

    Provide leadership, supervision and assistance to team members to ensure the close process is effectively performed and optimized.

    Gaining Exposure

    Recommend and implement process improvement changes for the organizations Finance function.

    Perform special projects as required by senior and executive management.

    Your Typical Day

    Performing various monthly global financial close procedures, reviewing monthly close reports, and working with other team members to facilitate the close process.

    Assisting local country finance teams and coordinating with other finance departments on the proper accounting and reporting of certain accounting transactions.

    Reviewing and analyzing monthly operating results of subsidiaries along our consolidated financial statements, including the balance sheet and cash flow statements.

    Managing and developing a team of financial professionals.

    Qualifications - External

    Required

    Extensive knowledge of U.S. GAAP accounting principles, procedures and techniques, including consolidations and SEC reporting.

    Able to lead large projects utilizing personnel with different skill sets to ensure projects can be completed timely.

    Able to anticipate key global stakeholder needs and develop solutions with others to address the issues encountered.

    Strong systems skills and a working knowledge of general ledgers systems.

    Able to think strategically, yet be detail oriented with strong communication, analytical and organizational skills that allow for collaboration with peers, team members and executives.

    Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.

    Effective interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.

    Strong prioritization to be able to deal with ambiguity and multiple competing tasks.

    Nice to Have

    Experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or similar consolidation systems.

    Strong international knowledge and prior experience working with foreign currencies.

    Experience with Big4, global, or Fortune 500 Company.
