The participant navigator supports the onboarding and training of new participants in the InnovAge PACE program. They ensure a smooth transition into PACE by explaining program offerings and team roles.Responsibilities
- Orient new Participants to all services provided by the center as it relates to regulatory guidelines for PACE centers.
- Introduce participants to different departments and explain their purpose and role.
