    Description
    Consilio seeks a Wichita-based Employment Investigator to support one of the world's largest manufacturers of commercial aviation components. Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of EEO Investigations and/or Employment Law experience. This is a part-time contract role that will be onsite in Wichita, KS for an indefinite duration.


    Requirements:


    2+ years of EEOC claim investigations and /or Employment Law experienceDemonstrated experience handling a variety of employment matters and conducting investigative fieldwork, including complainant, witness, and subject employee interviews.

    Demonstrated experience producing investigative documentation.
    Experience in manufacturing environment a plus.
