    LOCUM CRNA in Goshen, Indiana Job ID:

    Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days

    Licensure Requirements:
    ACLS must be AHAHours: 7:30 am - 3:30 pmCall from 3:30 pm - 7:30 amCall scheduled: 3 weeknights per monthSupervision: Anesthesiologist onsite
    • No supervisionType of cases required: High-Acuity Cases
    • Mostly General, endo, ortho, urology, high risk OB (including VBACs), GYN, Cancer, Liver.
    Some Vascular, ENT, Radiology with Anesthesia, Cosmetics, Podiatry, Pulmonary, very light Cardiac (TEE, lungs and major vascular).


    Blocks:
    bread and butter blocks, interscalene, supraclavicular, axillary, adductor popliteal & TAPS.

    Must be proficient with Spinals, Blocks, and EpiduralsNumber of ORs: 8The Independence Difference:
