The Role

As a Project Manager at Universal Electric, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of our projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project management, including maintaining client and partner relationships, refining departmental processes for optimum efficiency, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain strong client and partner relationships throughout project lifecycles.
• Collaborate with company executives to refine and uphold department processes for optimum efficiency.
• Oversee procurement, submittals, closeout processes, and project budgeting.
• Manage project scheduling, document management, and subcontractor/vendor contracts.
• Participate in Electrical Design/Build processes and ensure adherence to QA/QC standards.
• Implement change orders and maintain scope control to meet project objectives.
