    Description

    Job Description:

    We are looking for a Java Lead/ Architect with expertise in Fircosoft and LexisNexis to join our team. As a Java Lead/ Architect, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and integrating financial crime compliance solutions using Fircosoft and LexisNexis Risk Solutions. This role involves utilizing Java programming skills along with a deep understanding of these software products for anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) compliance within the financial services sector.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design and develop robust Java applications integrating Fircosoft and LexisNexis platforms.
    • Integrate solutions with client's existing systems using Java and related technologies.
    • Automate compliance processes and enhance system capabilities for streamlined operations.
    • Customize filters and searches based on client risk policies and maintain screening processes.
    • Optimize application performance, conduct testing, and ensure system stability.
    • Develop tests, provide technical support, and create documentation for system configurations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

    Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • 10-12+ years of experience in JAVA Development.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • Solid experience in Java development, financial compliance software, and regulations.
    • Proficiency in database design, SQL, Java EE, web services, and Agile methodologies.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with other compliance software, Java certifications, and additional programming languages.
    • Knowledge of continuous integration tools and deployment processes.
