- Must be responsible, self motivated and willing to work in a team and independent environments.
- Ability to provide productive recommendations and or feedback from the field conditions/clients.
- Ability to communicate information from the office staff to the clients in the field or vice versa.
- Must be willing and able to follow all jobsite rules/regulations.
- Accurately layout points (utilizing Trimble Total Station), collect data, perform basic mathematical calculations and quality checks without direct supervision.
- Produce organized scan data.
- Properly care and maintain all provided equipment.
- Take periodic drug testing to comply with construction site rules/regulations.
- High school diploma
- Ability to read and understand engineered construction drawings
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work on a team
- Motivation to stay productive without direct supervision
- Reliable form of transportation
- Basic knowledge of MEP construction
- Experience with field layout and scanning equipment
