Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as a Night Audit/Evening Front Desk Associate at our beautiful hotel in Belle Vernon This energetic role is perfect for hospitality enthusiasts who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy providing exceptional guest experiences. You will be the friendly face welcoming guests during evening hours, ensuring smooth check-ins and check-outs, and managing overnight audit processes to keep our operations running seamlessly. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable stays for our guests while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality management.

This position would entail two overnight shifts (11pm-7am) and three evening shifts (3pm-11pm).

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and guest relations throughout their stay
  • Manage all front desk operations during evening hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries
  • Conduct the night audit by reconciling daily financial transactions and preparing reports to ensure accuracy of hotel records
  • Handle multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Assist guests with special requests, reservations, and providing information about hotel amenities and local attractions
  • Maintain security protocols by monitoring guest access, ensuring safety, and managing guest data confidentially
  • Support multilingual guests effectively by utilizing bilingual skills to enhance guest satisfaction

Requirements

  • Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel management roles, especially in front desk or night audit functions
  • Strong customer service skills with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences
  • Ability to operate multi-line phone systems and handle high-volume phone interactions confidently
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse guest populations
  • Previous hotel experience, particularly in resort or similar hospitality settings, is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional demeanor and strong phone etiquette
  • Knowledge of hotel operations, guest services, and hospitality industry standards is essential
