    Exceptional CNA's, HHA's wanted to join our growing CareTeamTouching Hearts at Home is seeking Exceptional Caregivers (CarePartners) to provide personal one-on-one care for the elderly and disabled and to help put the "heart" into home careDo you excel in providing personal care and companionship to seniors and adults?     We value our clients AND those that serve alongside us - giving it their allAll qualified candidates must be able to do the following:Provide an accurate schedule of your availability so we know when you are available to pick up hours and serve our clients regularlyCommunicate effectively and regularly to Touching Hearts at Home office staffAssist seniors and adults with activities of daily living (Bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care, toileting, transferring, walking, climbing stairs, eating, shopping, cooking/meal preparation, PT and medication reminders, using the phone, internet, FaceTime and Zoom, Housework to include light housekeeping, daily sanitization of living areas, laundry,Assistance with driving (in the client's car or your vehicle), accompaniment to doctors appointmentsMust be compassionate, caring, empathetic and exceptional (have high expectations for yourself and your performance)Attention to detail to notice changes in client health, appearance, and behaviorProvide personalized care according to the customized CarePlansAssist clients to be safe, happy and healthy in their home, nursing home, hospital, rehab center, hospice, or wherever it is that they call homeCompetitive Pay & BenefitsWe offer competitive pay depending on experience and certifications, AND flexible scheduling based on the hours of availability that YOU decide We have days, nights, weekdays, weekends, 4-hour shifts, 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, overnights, daytime and holidays available.

    Requirements of the position:
    Driver's license, auto insurance, reliable transportation.
    All qualified candidates must complete a successful background check and drug test. All CarePartners must perform at an exceptionally high level with the highest regard for compassionate personalized care and integrity.
