Elastic is seeking a FP&A Analyst to join our Corporate and Product Finance team in India.

In this role, you will be part of the FP&A shared services function that which will provide financial analysis and decision-making support to the rest of the finance team members and key business stakeholders.

And as part of a multinational company, the individual will collaborate with team members in international locations and needs to be open to flexible hours to cover time zone differences.

What You Will Be Doing:
Provide timely, accurate, reliable financial reporting using defined reporting tools.
Deliver management reporting packages and business scorecards for Senior management working closely with the Finance Business partners.
Ad-hoc support. Provide financial modelling and financial analysis for various ad-hoc financial projects.
Active participation in new tool implementation and process re-engineering activities.
Ensure reconciliation between various systems (Adaptive/Workday/NetSuite)
Perform month-end closing activities including, but not limited to, expense accruals, journal entries and supporting schedules/ analysis.
Support monthly and quarterly spending budget versus actual analysis and monitor performance indicators, highlighting trends and doing variance analysis.
What You Bring With You:

2-4 Years experience in finance function
Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
Working knowledge of Tableau, NetSuite, Adaptive or any other similar tool.
Experience in analytics is preferable.
Interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with various management levels.
Maintaining relationships and communicating with a wide range of partners across functions and countries
