    To help us drive excellence, youll get to:

    • Lead Cost Accounting for manufacturing facility.
    • Collects and analyzes Plant, product and process results and statistics.
    • Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements/documents and annual budget preparation. Also assist with financial bridge process and variance analysis.
    • Lead projects and team assignments for general accounting and financial analysis activities in the Plant.
    • Responsible for review and modification of internal controls.
    • Prepare, review, and maintain capital expenditure requests.
    • Analyze customer pricing issues and coordinate corrective action with Commercial Team.
    • Coordinates fixed assets and depreciated work.
    • Perform new program financial tracking and analysis and work with Program Finance to ensure quoted margins are accurate.
    • Team with the Controller regarding systems process improvements and implementation of changes.
    • Backup to Controller for labor, scrap and MRO spending and other approvals, as necessary.
    • Participate in root cause analysis and team problem solving activities (ex. 8D reports, department meetings, etc.).
    • This role is part of the Finance Team and reports to the Plant Controller.

    SUCCESS FACTORS:

    • Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance.
    • Five (5) years experience in related financial, operational, or business analysis for a manufacturing environment.
    • Demonstrate advanced knowledge with general ledger, standardized cost accounting, inventory control, budgeting and forecasting for a manufacturing environment.
    • Excellent organizational, analytical and communication skills.
    • Comprehension of financials and performance data for a manufacturing facility.
    • Advance proficiency in MSOffice, ERP (QAD), Financial Systems (OneStream) or similar integrated manufacturing systems.
