    Description

    As an OperatioAssistant you will be a vital part to the Company by directly supporting and completing the day-to-day activities that support the Operations Manager for our Barre, NH Branch.

    The role is responsible for coordinating and monitoring confidential activities that support the district towards overall success.

    Your Responsibilities:

    • Prepare and provide reports as required.
    • Arrange meetings, special functions and retirements as required.
    • Provide the CCC on a weekly basis on call Schedules for techs, drivers and managers.
    • Order uniforms and maintain allowance spreadsheet.
    • Order all Corporate Express requirements for designated offices.
    • Tracking and assisting on hitting deadlines for various projects
    • Post all trucks accurately by next business day.
    • Adjust bulk plant warehouses daily.
    • Adjust trucks per empty product.
    • Process adjustments to customer accounts timely and accurately
    • Demonstrate strong initiative on trouble shooting and research.
    • Ensure proper customer follow-up.
    • Research and resolve liquid inventory variances promptly.
    • Process all tank set / pickups accurately and timely.

    Your Experience:

    • Post-secondary education, certificate program in business or a related field, or equivalent experience.
    • 2+ years of experience working in an administrative capacity.
