Oversee Water/Wastewater projects for Heavy Civil business unit in Dallas, TX.
- Manage day-to-day operations and P&L for water/wastewater market sector and provide strategic direction to successfully achieve group's success and overall strategic goals.
- Responsible for managerial and administrative aspects of the business unit including estimating, scheduling, quality control, design review and coordination, cost reporting, safety proposal preparation leading design team identify manage risk of people contracts insurance hold general knowledge legal practice industry build bench strong managers superintendents strengthen business units success develop nurture effective lasting customer/client relationships maintain high level relationships within business owners engineers old/new projects opportunities oversee buyout process selection subcontractors coordinate project managers superintendents ensure safety quality control schedule conduct progress meetings with owners design/construction team deliver top bottom-line results build implement effective marketing initiatives conjunction senior leadership drive positive revenue growth develop implement strategic plans business unit understanding competition opportunities people in implementation oversee project portfolio Bachelor degree engineering Construction Management related field or equivalent work experience required 10+ years water/wastewater construction similar primary responsibilities listed Strong leadership management skills managing organization department group Advanced Microsoft Office Suite required candidates agree complete assessment selection pre-employment drug screen EOE/AA M/F/Disabled/Vet
