    The Fountain Group is currently seeking a

    Device Engineer

    for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in

    South San Francisco, CA.

    Details for the position are as follows:


    Pay Range:
    $55-64/hr

    Contract: 1 year with possible extension or conversion
    100% onsite


    Job Description:


    Responsible for providing design, development, and implementation support to project teams developing combination drug delivery devices for parenteral pharmaceutical theraputics.

    Create drawings (2D, 3D), perform tolerance stackup analysis, use statistics and Design of Experiements (DOE) to evaluate design performance.

    Plan and execute test method validation projects, including developing, performing, and documenting test method validation activities in accordance with cGMP.

    Draft, review, and approve design control documents (DHF documents) to support device developement deliverables, such as protocols, design verification, design validation, FMEA, risk management plans, change management plans, and design review.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree
    CAD design experience (DOE, DFM, design controls, etc.)
    Medical device, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industry
