- Contacting customers directly to resolve application related discrepancies.
- Processing incoming mail to match up with pending applications, specialized request forms, notarized forms, disputes, and other documentation.
- Reviewing notarized documentation for completeness and contact appropriate agencies to determine validity of notary.
- Ensuring security and privacy is maintained with a high degree of integrity.
- Experience in data entry, business administration, office management, banking, or compliance.
- Ability to securely handle customer data.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards.
- High school diploma or GED required
- At least 1-3 years of customer service or administrative office experience
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiarity with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm
- Excellent communication skills and proven record of providing excellent customer service.
- Capability to work flexible hours based on business need.
- Good interpersonal skills, willingness to learn and continue to grow professionally.
- Strong team player and ability to work well with others.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
- Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems.
- Candidate must agree to, and successfully pass a comprehensive background check to include:
- Education Verification
- Past seven (7) years of Employment History verification
- Financial review (credit worthiness);
- Civil review (public records, judgments, liens, etc.);
- Criminal background check; and
- 9-Panel Drug screening
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
