The
Dietary Assistant is responsible for overseeing dining room meal service to residents, event set up, stocking and cleaning for our senior living/care ommunity in Burnsville, MN.

This food service schedule is perfect for a student or retiree or those looking for part time and includes;

• 30 hours every two weeks
• 4:00pm-7:45pm. 3 evenings during the week and every other weekend Sat/Sunday
• Partial Benefits:

Responsibilities/Job Description

• Serves prepared meals to residents and ensures the dining area is clean and inviting
• Promotes and encourages positive resident relations and happiness with their meal service
• Sanitizes equipment, and work areas and maintains supplies
• Assists with meal prep and special events as needed
• Provides kitchen support when needed with dishwashing and cleaning of floors
• Answers phones and communicates requests appropriately

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and proficiency, teamwork, and positive demeanor required
• Desire to work with seniors
• Ability to interact compassionately and communicate effectively with residents and staff
• Prefer some work experience in a customer service setting, but not required
