IT Analyst, ITSM - Bolingbrook, United States - Horizontal Talent

Our client is looking for a ITSM Analyst (Cherwell) for a remote, contract opportunity. The ITSM Analyst will work with different teams within the company to understand their needs and create technical and functional requirements, resolve ITSM support issues, and create process improvements across all ITSM functions.

Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years' experience in technical support
• Knowledge of Cherwell ITSM
• Knowledge on how to implement ITIL best practices for Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Catalog Management, and Configuration Management
• Experience in process improvements
• Strong customer service skills

This is a contract position through September with opportunities for extension (supporting CST hours)
