    • JOB SUMMARY: As a Clinical Laboratory Technician/Medical Laboratory Technician at Helena, Montana, you will independently conduct routine and special diagnostic procedures on blood and other body fluids from patients of all ages.
    • KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Preference for one year of experience as a generalist clinical laboratory technician in a hospital setting.
    • EDUCATION: Montana State Licensure as CLT and National Licensure as Medical Laboratory Technician required. Associate Degree in Medical Technology or equivalent is a plus.
    • LICENSE/CERTIFICATION/REGISTRY: Montana Clinical Laboratory Technician licensure is mandatory.
    • Aptitudes:
      • Problem-solving skills and ability to handle complex calculations.
      • Effective multitasking and prioritization.
      • Exceptional organizational skills.
      • Flexibility and professionalism.
      • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
      • Effective communication verbally, in writing, and electronically.
      • Detail-oriented, courteous, and tactful.
