    Practice Details
    ~ Hospital Employed position
    ~ Full time/permanent position
    ~ Well established not-for-profit 3 hospital system
    ~ Office in Munster, IN
    ~ Mon " Fri
    ~1 in 6 rotation
    ~20-30 clinic patients per day 10-15 hospital patients per day
    ~ Unique work structure conductive to utilizing all your skills
    ~ Epic EMR system

    Requirements
    BC/BE required
    Active Indiana medical license or ability to obtain
