    Per Diem Float Pool

    If you are searching for a flexible RN position with PREMIUM PAY, the Registered Nurse Per Diem Float Pool is a great opportunity Enjoy a flexible schedule and float within the hospital wherever there are staffing needs.

    These positions require a minimum of 1 year of medical surgical telemetry RN experience. Registry staff mainly float to med/surg, telemetry, observation, stepdown/IMC, ICU units and take care of ED Boarders.


    Per Diem Float Pool Commitment Levels:
    Type B -Minimum of ten 12-hour shifts per six-week schedule; 4 shifts must be on a weekend; 2 holiday shifts per year; 2 hard to fill shift per year (Union Memorial Hospital)
    Type C -Minimum of five 12-hour shifts per six-week schedule; 2 shifts must be on a weekend; 1 holiday shifts per year; 1 hard to fill shift per year (Good Samaritan Hospital)

    Relocation assistance up to $5000 if you live 50 miles away from your location

    Delivers proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex;

    Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing required; bachelors degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing preferred.

    Bachelor's degree in nursing enrollment required within 6 months of start date and completion within 3 years

    1 year of medical surgical/telemetry RN experience strongly preferred

    RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure Current license as a Registered Nurse in the state or jurisdiction of the facility seeking employment Upon Hire required and
