    Savin Engineers is seeking Assistant Construction Inspector for School Construction projects K-12. Inspection includes site observations of general construction, mechanical and electrial projects. Position will also include processing administration paperwork.

    Duties include but not limited to:

    • Prepare daily field report of the status of the work, daily activities, manpower, equipment, take photos and other observations.
    • Maintain record of change orders and field changes on a set of contract documents.
    • Maintain construction punch lists.
    • Track and process financials, pay apps, submittals,change orders.
    • Experience with municipal projects, submittal exchange or Project Site a plus but will train.
