    Our facility is a 120-bed skilled nursing center for geriatric residents. We provide a wide range of nursing care and rehabilitation services for both short-term and long-term care.

    Dietary Aide:
    Serves meals to residents in dining areas in accordance with established portion control procedures that are appetizing in appearanceMay be required to complete daily cleaning assignments that include but are not limited to cleaning up spilled food, drinks and broken dishes, unloading dishwasher and removing empty bottles and disposing of trashParticipates in the departmental cleaning and recycling programDisposes of food and waste in accordance with facility / state guidelinesWears protective clothing when handling hazardous chemicals or infectious wasteProvides excellent resident service within established guidelinesRequirements for

    Dietary Aide:
    Experience providing quality resident services including needs assessment, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of resident's satisfactionMinimum of a High School Diploma and at least 1 year previous experience with Food Service/ Dietary AideAbility to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously, has ability to prioritize work and resolve emergencies as they may occurWorking knowledge of sanitary practices relating to food handlingGood communication skills and ability to effectively interact with others (residents and their families)Ability to identify and report problems associated with the daily work routine and provide suggestions for correction of those problems
