elevate your career Join us Work Location: Denton TX Work Hours: Full Time Department Highlights Collaborative work environment with dedicated staff Opportunity to work for an organization leading innovation in the Mammography field Here is what you will need Certification by ARRT in Mammography preferred but not required Minimum of 5 years healthcare industry experience Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience The ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast paced environment typically under pressure while remaining flexible yet focused Demonstrated high level of confidentiality and professionalism Demonstrated outstanding service skills with both internal and external customers Ability to read write and comprehend medical terminology Ability to apply common sense understanding in order to carry out detailed and sometimes complex written or oral instructions Knowledge of database software and Radiology Information Systems software Sectra preferred A Day in the Life of a Center Director Provide services and support for the following areas Supervise daily operations of medical records front desk CAD/Reports and technologists Responsible for the review of patient scheduling needs diagnostic appointment slots screening slots amp procedure availability necessary changes Ensure all incomplete exams are scheduled/followed through Process all exams needing additional information Ensure medical releases are provided to imaging facilities requiring prior mammogram films for patients as requested by the radiologist Review delinquent exam report each calendar month documenting notifying delinquent patients Track pathology outcomes for needle localizations amp BI-RADS 4 amp 5 exams verify information entered in RIS Oversee ordering supplies procedures including ultrasoundguided biopsies needle localizations stereotactic biopsies amp ductograms office supplies necessary center Act point contact patients referring physician offices concerns relating patient scheduling treatment quickly responding complaints concerns Coordinate service preventative maintenance equipment Monitor gather data equipment malfunction downtime document effects on patient care Oversee compliance documentation stateMQSA mammography license Monitor center employees performance attendance appropriate steps ensure Solis standards being met Monitor staffing levels ensure appropriate coverage relative budgetary guidelines Effectively communicate procedures educate patients role regular mammography preventative breast health br Ability effectively communicate individual group basis pertinent individuals Why Solis Mammography Great Place Work multiple years running Offer competitive benefits Medical Dental Vision PTO Paid Holidays Backup ChildAdult Care unique benefits Requirements At Solis Mammography save lives shape future womens health empowered appreciated part something bigger Together deliver compassionate exceptional care Every patient Every time Our patientfocused culture heart every interaction Deliver care compassion hightouch experience made valued healthcare partner generations women serve As nations leader breast health services commitment providing excellence patient care realized every level our organization Compensation Depends Experience
