    Description

    Audit Manager you will be doing a variety of complex audits and oversee staff assignments, all aimed at achieving key objectives including staff development, meeting client needs, and ensuring engagement profitability.

    A Glimpse into Your Routine

    Here's what a typical day might look like for you:

    • Overseeing complex audits and managing staff assignments to meet objectives
    • Outlining engagement objectives, pinpointing issues, identifying findings, and recommending solutions across various client scenarios
    • Reviewing work papers and financial statements prior to engaging Partner involvement
    • Building strong client relationships based on integrity, by consistently monitoring client needs and adding value to our professional services
    • Evaluating the costs, benefits, and risks of alternative solutions to address client issues or needs
    • Providing constructive feedback to aid the development of the audit practice
    • Utilizing personal and professional experiences to contribute to business and practice line development
    • Supervising and assigning duties to Associate and Senior Associate level staff
    • Providing mentorship and technical training to staff members in the audit department
    • Assisting with client billings to ensure they reflect the work performed
    • Playing a part in business development
    • Participating in community organizations and industry functions
    • Ensuring the timely and accurate completion of assigned projects
    • Maintaining compliance with project budgets, turnaround times, and deadlines
    This role requires 5+ years in a CPA Firm and you will travel working in the United States.
