Description

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Nurse to join our healthcare team. As a Senior Nurse, you will play a key role in providing advanced nursing care, supervising and supporting other nurses, and ensuring quality patient outcomes. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced nurse looking to take on a leadership role and make a positive impact on patient care.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' conditions and develop comprehensive nursing care plans.
Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform advanced nursing procedures.
Supervise and mentor other nurses, providing guidance and support.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
Educate patients and their families about medical conditions and treatment plans.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and protocols.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and lead by example in maintaining the highest standards of nursing care.
Contribute to the development and implementation of evidence-based nursing practices.
Maintain accurate and updated patient records.

Requirements

Valid RN license in the state of CA.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, with a strong clinical background.
Excellent clinical and critical thinking skills.
Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to provide mentorship and guidance to other nurses.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and staying up-to-date with nursing best practices.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
