We are looking for an experienced Legal Consultant Advocate or Certified Company Secretary to handle the end-to-end registration of a new business entity in Kenya.Responsibilities
- Conduct name search and reservation via the eCitizen BRS portal.
- Draft and file incorporation documents Memorandum & Articles of Association for Pvt Ltd OR Partnership Deed for LLP.
- Complete Forms CR1 CR2 and CR8 OR LLP equivalent.
