    About the Job

    We are seeking an entry-level candidate to join our Client Services team in a fast-paced dynamic trading environment. A self-starter with a desire to work independently and contribute to a growing team is preferred.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Provide level 1 trade, system, and integration support at the direction of the client services manager.
    • Monitor execution algorithms, mitigate trading risk, and troubleshoot system and client connectivity issues.
    • Develop understanding of execution algorithms and BestEx Research applications, and explain them to clients.
    • Assist clients with customization of BestEx Research products and perform Trade Cost Analysis.
    • Support application-level troubleshooting of orders generated by BestEx Research's execution algorithms and coordinate application deployment with infrastructure management and software engineering teams.
    • Work with brokers and vendors to integrate BestEx Research's execution algorithms and assist with client onboarding and account creation.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
    • Concentrations in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or Economics are preferred.
    • Previous financial industry or trading experience is a plus.
    • Experience or working knowledge of SQL, Python, MS Excel, and strong interpersonal skills are required.
    • A professional, motivated attitude and independent self-starter mindset are essential.

    Our Stamford, CT location is conveniently situated in downtown Stamford, within walking distance of the train station. We offer free valet parking, a gym, and other amenities.

    Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
