Are you a dynamic professional with expertise in data synthesis and strategic reporting? We're currently seeking a Reporting Analyst to join our Business Transitions team. In this role, you will play a vital part in developing and optimizing reporting tools that drive efficiency and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Business Transitions team to develop and oversee reporting tools, focusing on automation, scalability, and action-oriented data-driven intelligence.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources to assist in the development of recommendations, reports, and strategies.
• Develop, own, and optimize various reports (e.g., Scorecards, Dashboards) to drive meaningful business results.
• Lead data interpretation to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends, streamlining transition processes for advisors and institutions.
• Extract data from databases such as , Oracle, Box, and third-party platforms, ensuring accurate data points are utilized.
• Manipulate and analyze large datasets using tools like Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Advance the use of complex analytical techniques and statistical thinking across Business Transitions.
• Summarize findings, publicize results, and actively share insights with senior leadership.
• Work with sales enablement and recruiting teams to develop goals and objectives for retention effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau.
• Strong problem-solving skills for efficient issue identification, analysis, and development of actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for presenting complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Natural curiosity and ability to maintain composure under pressure.
