The Public Relations Manager will assist in generating awareness of the resort including Rooms F&B Spa Golf Tennis and Retail including a strong focus on social media content creation and engagement and local market awareness.
+Responsibilities
- Create manage the content calendar for the Resort's organic social media accounts including content posting on Instagram Instagram Stories Facebook Twitter/X Respond to social posts within a 24-hour time frame oversee overnight monitoring plan utilize Sprout for post scheduling posts as well as tracking data creating social media reports needed Engage with guests all channels strategically comment like other pages intent grow followers Serve primary contact reviewing all requests influencers/content creators create agreements deliverables release forms varied user generated content portfolio +
