- Help run core operations/business cadence: Establish and lead operating processes and tools

- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of professional experience with program management OR strategy consulting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines
- Proven experience working with cross-functional teams
- Versatile across multiple functions including Sales, PI, Marketing, HR, etc.
- Excellent project management and planning skills and ability to keep multiple priorities moving
- Self-starter with a team-oriented work style and interpersonal skills
- Professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent analyst
