    Job responsibilities

    • Help run core operations/business cadence: Establish and lead operating processes and tools
    • for effectively managing the organization.
    • Manage team talent management initiatives and identify and report on success metrics for each
    • project.
    • Collaborate with functional stakeholders to aggregate regional-level quarterly performance
    • updates
    • Creative NAMER GTM narratives working with Insights team, product planning and marketing
    • stakeholders
    • Strategic Planning and Communications: Manage strategic / business planning process in
    • coordination with regional and functional teams
    • Support various team members on ad hoc projects related to hiring, opex, special events, etc.

    Minimum qualifications

    You must meet these minimum qualifications to apply for this job

    • BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
    • 3+ years of professional experience with program management OR strategy consulting
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be personable yet persistent
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with shifting priorities and varying deadlines
    • Proven experience working with cross-functional teams

    Preferred qualifications

    Having as many of these specific qualifications is a plus, but transferable skills/experiences may be

    equally valuable

    • Versatile across multiple functions including Sales, PI, Marketing, HR, etc.
    • Excellent project management and planning skills and ability to keep multiple priorities moving

    at the same time.

    • Self-starter with a team-oriented work style and interpersonal skills
    • Professional experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or equivalent analyst
