    Job Description

    The following is a list of specific significant duties considered essential functions of this job. This list is not exhaustive, as all positions within the company are dynamic.     PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Prepare and serve dinner.

    • Food preparation according to written and oral instructions.

    • Replenish food and maintain clean serving areas.

    • Set up and break down of serving areas.

    • Maintain a neat, clean, and safe work environment.

    • Perform related work as required

    • Practice personal hygiene and proper sanitation procedures.

    • Perform all tasks assigned in a safe and productive manner

    • Cleaning and sanitation awareness

    • Ability to lift to 40 LBS

    EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

    • High School Graduate or equivalent (adequate education/training/experience to complete all tasks).

    • three years of restaurant or food service experience

    • Excellent work and attendance record

    • Knowledge of food and nutrition

    • General knowledge of methods used in preparing and serving

    • Strong customer service and verbal communication skills

    • Serve safe, certified, recommended
