    Restaurant Crew - Up to $21.50 per hour

    We are currently hiring for a Shift Leader position! Our Shift Leaders set the example by motivating and inspiring others in a welcoming, clean, and secure environment. They ensure excellent guest experiences, provide training and ongoing support to team members, and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic setting.     Key Duties/Responsibilities:

    • Demonstrating a 'guest comes first' mindset with a genuine smile and positive attitude
    • Maintaining a clean and tidy appearance following uniform and grooming guidelines
    • Adhering to food handling, safety, and sanitation protocols
    • Ensuring orders are completed promptly, accurately, and with a sense of urgency
    • Engaging effectively with diverse individuals without bias
    • Performing various tasks as needed, such as trash disposal and restroom cleaning

    Requirements:

    • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
    • Minimum of 6 months experience in the restaurant industry
    • Willingness to work a flexible schedule
    • Ability to follow company policies and procedures
    • Proficient in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
    • Capable of standing and walking for most of the shift, lifting, and working with a diverse team
    • Must also meet the qualifications of a Team Member
