    Primary Talent Partners has a Marketing Manager role available DescriptionOpen for remote candidate all over the USReporting into the Americas Industry Marketing team within the *** Experience Cloud, in this role, you will be a key marketing partner for Strategic sales leadership, helping to drive segment pipeline and revenue growth.

    Representing The 'whole Of Marketing', You WillDevelop and implement integrated, quarterly segment marketing strategies and plans aligned with sales leadership and sales revenue goalsManage marketing program execution across the segment team and executional centers of excellence (demand, experiences, campaigns, content, partner)

    Report back to key stakeholders across the sales and marketing ecosystem on marketing performanceCollaborate with cross function teams:
    sales, demand marketing, partner marketing (+partners) to develop and optimize marketing programs.

    Own and implement 1:1, 1:
    few, and 1:many events for your segment/industryDrive alignment and enablement of the Marketing plan with BDRs and SalesSkillsWhat you will need to succeed:
    A detail-oriented and analytical approach to marketing - the ability to translate large amounts of data and sales objectives into marketing objectives and tacticsA collaborative and creative mindset - the ability to work across a large, matrixed organization and influence others to creatively deliver on your segment prioritiesStrong stakeholder relationship and presentation skills - this role will require you to frequently present to large and small groups across the organizationExperience working with cross-functional teams: sales, marketing, product marketingA team player- willingness and desire to jump in and help team members with critical deadlines (also said differently 'Fast learner with a positive demeanor and willingness to try new thingsExperience in working with data, planning and executing events and ABM marketing programsOperational rigor and organization skills - this role will require you to manage projects across the entire ecosystem while maintaining meaningful communication with sales and marketing leadershipEducationRequired:6+ years in a sales/field-facing marketing role within technology sector5+ years demonstrated leadership of marketing strategy/programsExperience with ABM marketing and within high tech and manufacturing marketing a plus.

    The above experience will happily be taken in lieu of a college degreeExperience working in a matrixed organizationBe a strong communicator with attention to detail.
