- Travel to each location to gather, record, and report all relevant information (i.e. gauges, fluids, pressures, production, etc., in an accurate and consistent manner). This is applicable to Lease Operators only.
- Inspect locations for any leaks, spills, and recognize any potential issues. Contact immediate supervisor with any relevant issues, or significant production loss in a timely manner. Applicable to lease operators, foreman, meter techs, and superintendents.
- Record and process all paperwork, inspections, timecards, and expense reports in a timely manner. Attend safety meetings, online KPA Safety training and vehicle inspections.
- Identify and diagnose any problems on location and repair without supervision. These could include Gaslift, H-pumps, Dehy and artificial lift.
- Maintain and increase production through good, daily operations by properly utilizing tools, equipment and programs available.
- Effective communication with supervisor, vendors, service individuals and peers. There may be times when it will be necessary to work until an issue is resolved, which can include working at night.
- Willingness to start early or stay late to perform the job or task required to maintain production.
- Takes initiative to assist with well workovers, enhancement projects and various other projects, when available.
- 4+ years oilfield experience
- Competent with Microsoft Excel and Outlook Express and PRAMS.
- Must be able to perform maintenance on equipment with required tools.
- Prior experience with oilfield compression, start-up, shut-down, daily gas system operation and small routine maintenance.
- Must have valid driver's license.

- Work is regularly performed in outside weather conditions, including rain and extreme cold and heat, near moving mechanical parts; exposure to high wind, ice, snow, wet and/or humid conditions, vibration, and dust is expected.
- Exposure to noise levels requiring the use of hearing protection
- Prolonged sitting, standing, walking
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- Ability to individually lift: Maximum 100 lbs.
- Possible exposures to gas/ liquid hydrocarbons and salt water.
