    Position Description
    We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team As a member of our Marketing department, youll assist the Marketing Manager in promoting Servpros services through content creation and community engagement. The ideal candidate is an outgoing and creative individual who enjoys bringing big ideas to life

    Responsibilities
    Content Creation:
    • Capture and edit compelling visual content, including (but not limited to) before-and-after photos, job production videos, and customer testimonials.
    • Assist in composing written content for blogs, webpages, and social media platforms.
    • Brainstorm and introduce new strategies to engage followers, grow digital presence, and maximize reach.
    • Ensure all content has a consistent "feel" and is engaging, accurate, informative, and current across platforms.
    • Assist the Marketing Manager in monitoring social media metrics.
    Community Engagement:
    • Meet regularly with centers of influence, such as insurance agents, property managers, local municipalities, and other community members.
    • Attend community events like ribbon cuttings, Lunch and Learns, etc.
    • Organize and coordinate marketing events such as sponsorships and trade shows.
    • Maintain active membership in local networking groups, including the Chamber of Commerce.
    • Independently identifying new marketing opportunities and potential leads, utilizing resources to reach prospects.

    Qualifications
    • A talent for storytelling and community building via written and visual communication
    • Basic knowledge of the digital marketing industry and an active interest in social media trends
    • An outgoing personality and passion for community engagement
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
    • Experience using design and editing platforms like Adobe Photoshop, Canva, etc.
    • A degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is preferred.

    Additional Considerations:
    • This is an entry-level position. Internship experience will be considered. Please include examples of your work (writing, photos & video samples) with your cover letter and resume.
    • A drivers license is essential, as travel to events across the Lehigh Valley will be required.
