    The Client Education Consultant role designs and facilitates classroom, online, and advanced level instructor-led learning programs to accelerate client success and product adoption for 84.51 commercial solutions. This role is responsible for developing effective business-focused training curriculum that aligns to the mission and goals of the Solutions Education team and 84.51° enterprise-level strategies. You lead by serving others with exceptional learning experiences and professional engagement. You get pleasure out of making complex matters make sense to others. You enjoy working with others and facilitating training sessions for medium to larger audiences. You thrive on feedback and improvement.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Is accountable for designing and delivering best-in-class instructor-led workshops and programs for clients, Kroger, and client-facing associates, including advanced level certification courses.
    • Instructs clients and learners on how to maximize functionality and application of 84.51° Stratum, OnDemand, KAP, Prism, and/or other 84.51° solutions.
    • Maps out the learning architecture, structure and sequence based on audience needs and defined learning objectives.
    • Actively innovates the facilitation approach and use of new technology.
    • Develops training materials, case studies, and shareable classroom collateral to enhance the overall training experience.
    • Improves and iterates the learning experience by actioning against feedback, metrics, and data to improve client satisfaction.
    • Models cross-functional collaboration and communication with Technical, Commercial, and Business teams to evaluate opportunities, inform, and create new education deliverables.
    • Stays connected and knowledgeable to the product roadmap and remains up to date on current product releases.
    • Partners with the embedded learning workstream, to improve our in-app education content (learning centers, videos, and digital adoption).
    • Participates in the scoping and design of embedded learning work.
    • Mentors other team members on client-facing acumen, and/or client impact of major product releases.
    QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND EXPERIENCE:
    • 4-8 years of relevant experience
    • Solid knowledge of 84.51° tools, solutions, and our segmentations
    • Consulting or client management skills preferred
    • CPG and/or Kroger knowledge and/or experience
    • Strong presentation / facilitation skills
    • Strong planning, prioritization, and organization skills
    • Ability to collaborate with internal and external SMEs to develop custom learning content
    • Proficient at building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders
    • Thrives in an agile environment with continual changes
    • Familiarity with adult learning principles and/or an appetite to learn instructional design methods is preferred
